What is your returns policy?
There are no returns for change of mind.
When making a purchase, kindly take the time to carefully review the images, descriptions, and sizes of the items. Please bear in mind that handmade ceramics are one-of-a-kind and may not be perfect, but it is these idiosyncrasies that make each piece special, unlike a mass-produced object. If you require any additional information about any item in the shop, please do not hesitate to contact me via email at anna@annabattersby.com
When will I receive my purchase?
All items are shipped via Australia Post from my Melbourne studio within 3 business days of your approved purchase. Please refer to the Aust. post estimates delivery times below:

What are the postage costs?
I calculate postage based on overall weight and size of items. Note, there is capped shipping costs for larger orders.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I am pleased to now offer international shipping. Costs are based on your location and order size. Please enter your address at checkout and international shipping options will be available for you to view.

How do you package and ship my purchase?
I package my work securely in a mixture of recycled paper materials, and occasional repurposed bubble wrap. An ample box with extra padding is used to ensure no breakages occur in shipping. Compostable packing peanuts provide further cushioning. These are fully dissolvable in water - they can go straight into the bin or home compost and will start breaking down.
What happens if my item is damaged in shipping?
I take a lot of care to ensure my work arrives safely at your door. However, should you find your item has been damaged from shipping, please get in contact with me via email on anna@annabattersby.com within 2 days of receiving your damaged goods. Please send images of the broken items and we will work out whether a refund or replacement item is appropriate.
